Maintain Point of Sale (POS) systems, ensuring continuous uptime, and managing connectivity between headquarters in US, India, and Hong Kong. Oversee backups and ensure high availability of critical databases. Install and configure hardware/software and monitoring system performance. Troubleshoot and resolve any network issue on time.
