Prior to joining NOVE, André worked for five years as the Bilateral Relations Coordinator at the Mission of Israel to the EU & NATO, covering a broad range of files and monitoring major policy and regulatory developments in the EU. Before this, he worked in an international Competitive Intelligence company where he specialized in OSINT. He formerly interned at the Israeli MFA’s Center for Policy Research, where he focused on the EU, and worked as a Research Assistant in the Department for Medieval History at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
André holds a Research Master’s Degree in European Studies from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, for which he was awarded the Rector’s Award for Excellence. He also has a Bachelor’s in International Relations and History. During his studies, Andre volunteered in an NGO combating hate-speech online, of which he later became National Coordinator. He was also a member of the Israeli Association for the Study of European Integration.
